Delivery of your order
The goods are delivered to all countries of the world.
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via DPD, UPS, LP Express with tracking, you or your trustee can pick up the ordered goods from our office. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight and delivery area of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

We will deliver orders with the amount of 100 Eur and more free of charge.

The delivery date depends on several factors, such as the shipping address, shipping option and availability. Every product detail page indicates whether the desired item is currently available. If the item by mistake is not in stock, the customer will be given an indication of the expected shipping date by email or phone. If delivery date will be not accepted by customer, order can be cancelled without any penalties or sanctions.

Customs and import charges that may be incurred for deliveries from abroad
Deliveries from countries outside of the European Union may incur customs or import charges once the shipment reaches your country.
If you place an order to a delivery address within the European Union, the seller is responsible for customs or import charges.
If you place an order to a delivery address outside the European Union, you will be charged customs clearance fees.
